Amazing stay with stunning views!
Just spent 4 nights here and loved it! Staff were super friendly and super helpful, like wow! The pool was awesome, and the Above and Beyond restaurant had the best vibe with great food. Only thing was, the check-in took a bit long, but it was worth it for the service we got. Definitely coming back!

The Korean BBQ at nearby restaurants like Tai Hing was out of this world—flavors that will keep your taste buds dancing! Plus, waking up to the stunning harbor view from my ICON 36 King Room Partial Harbour View was such a treat. The room was spacious with a mini bar stocked just right!
While we enjoyed our stay, I noticed the staff sent a few emails about housekeeping despite our 'do not disturb' signs. A simple note might’ve streamlined communication better, but no biggie!

Exceptional Concierge Experience
Woke up every day to breathtaking views of the harbor. The concierge service made our stay extraordinary, particularly Cody, who guided us through the city with warmth.
The lifts could be a bit slow during busy hours, which was a minor inconvenience.

It was just a smart choice for a temporary stay in Hong Kong with reasonable price. Check-in was a hassle, having to move my bags upstairs, but the lady who assisted us was polite.
