actually everything was second to none, my next choice again in hong kong. i liked the original-style building, well-appointed and top-notch room with harbour view. as for me, the location was comfortable, not far from the most beautiful commercial areas and the main shopping area or the star ferry terminal and the above and beyond restaurant-which was a top 5-lifetime dining experience. i ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

The room was large with with coffee and harbour view, as example, had good night sleep. There were coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge upon arrival.

The breakfast was perfect. the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. - Booked a room with exceptional views over the Kowloon skyline. - the location was favorable and excellent, a short walk to the promenade, all three restaurants, and the ferry to go across to Hong Kong Island.

With its stunning view of Victoria Harbour, guests can enjoy a picturesque setting throughout their stay. Its prime location also allows for easy access to the city, with several transportation options just a few stops away.

The fitness center could use some updating and additional equipment.

During our recent stay at Icon, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine and a handwritten welcome note waiting for us in our room. The stunning view of the Hong Kong skyline from our room was beyond lovely, and the deep soak tub provided a relaxing experience. The food, especially the crispy and delicious fish and chips, was incredible. The service was prompt and friendly, and we appreciated the offer of a late check-out. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, with the MRT just a 5-minute walk away, and some rooms even had stunning views of the harbor. The staff were absolutely brilliant, providing exceptional service and being incredibly accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located in TST East, making it easy to explore the city by taking the underground, bus, train, or even walking through the avenue of stars to the ferries point. The hotel is far from the ferry and the Kowloon shopping area.

The hotel lacked a sauna or jacuzzi and the garden area was not as expansive as expected. However, the exceptional service made up for these minor issues.
